The website processes technical data necessary for navigation and security. When registration is open it collects contact-person and company details, contact information, address, VAT and optional tax details, email, hashed credentials, access status and uploaded documents. Meeting requests include a topic, proposed time and meeting link.

Purposes include responding to enquiries, managing contractual or requested precontractual activities, verifying access, sharing authorised documents and protecting the service. Legal bases are performance of the relationship or requested steps, applicable obligations and legitimate security interests. Required fields are necessary for the requested function. No automated marketing or automated decisions are performed.

Data is accessible to authorised MIP staff and necessary technical providers, including Aruba hosting and email. Private PDFs are accessible to the assigned client and authorised MIP document managers. News content is public and must not contain confidential data.

Account, document and meeting data is kept for as long as necessary for the relationship, requests and applicable obligations. MIP manages deletion; hosting backups may retain copies under their retention cycle. Verification links expire after one hour. Activity records older than 90 days are purged during service use.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority.

LinkedIn and meeting links open external services. Their privacy notices, including any international transfer information, also apply when you use them. No tracking tools from these platforms are embedded.
